Accepted Payment Methods

Customers, affiliates, and dealers can pay for their Macsumsuk products

by any of the following accepted payment methods.

Multiple International Currencies are Accepted: You can choose to pay for your order by using many accepted currencies. Your preferred currency is selected at the final step at the payment processor site PayPal. You can view all the product prices in many currencies by selecting the desired currency from the menu at the left. Final Page of Order Checkout: To complete payment, on the final checkout page, you will need to click on the displayed payment processor which in most cases is PayPal. Successful Completion of Payment: Upon successfully completion of your order, you should receive two emails, one from us about your order and another from the payment processor after a payment is successfully completed. We do not view or store your payment information on our secured system. PayPal Payment Processor: PayPal is a payment processor that accepts most major and international credit cards, debit cards, and bank transactions. Customers are not required to be a member of PayPal. Please, be patient with PayPal’s verification requirement which in limited cases and for certain international customers may result in a slight delay. In our experience the PayPal payment system processes payment from almost everyone regardless of their country of origin. If you are notified that your payment will be delayed, please email us. If you already have an account with PayPal, you can log in to your own PayPal account for faster checkout. If you have forgotten the password for your personal PayPal account, it can be easily retrieved. Other Payment Methods: We also work with other payment processors, but their verification requirements maybe stricter for customers in certain countries. If another method of payment is required, please contact us. Bank Wire: Any customer can send us a bank wire from any country. All commercial juicer purchasers are required to pay by a bank wire. All affiliates and dealers are required to pay by a bank wire. Customers who pay by bank wire are encouraged to order online and select the payment method by Bank Wire. Then please, email us after the order is complete for further instructions. Except for affiliates and dealers, customers paying by a bank wire are offered a 1.5% discount to help offset their bank processing fee. Mailing Payment: You can mail a bank issued and signed check to one of our locations. Please, email us first before mailing payment. Note, this is the slowest and least preferred method; PayPal and our online payment methods will accept such a payment electronically without the need for mailing. Payment Assistance: We respond to our emails promptly and in most cases emailing is faster and cheaper than calling us. Please, email us with any payment issue or difficulty. We can email an invoice with a link to the payment option. Occasionally, our payment processors such as PayPal may limit the amount of your payment transaction. In such a case, please email and ask us to send you two smaller invoices. Trouble with the Order or Payment: We are glad to help you with any transaction or ordering issues. We can combine orders or change any order before it is shipped. Trouble with the Ordering Form: Please, email us with your issues. We will assist you as quickly as possible.  Cancellation of a Payment, Ordered Product or an Entire Order: We are here to assist you. Please, contact us as soon as possible. We offer a full refund of home-use orders before shipment. Commercial orders are designed specifically for your intended juice and require payment in advance. Once an order is shipped, it will be canceled only if delivery is refused; the buyer must pay all actual shipping costs even if we offered the products with free shipping.
